Porta™ (Billing)

Porta is the Daemex billing control panel. Here, you will find all information about active services, invoices, support tickets, and much more. Most of our services are well integrated into Porta. You may access Porta here.

If you have forgetten your password for Porta, click here to reset it. If you are logged into Porta, navigate here and set a new password.

Two-factor authentication provides an extra layer of protection to your account by using time-based token passwords. A randomly generated 6 digit code (provided by an authenticator app on your mobile device) will be required in addition to your password when signing in. To enable 2FA, log into Porta and navigate here and  follow the instructions presented on screen.

We currently support payments via the PayPal gateway. We also support PayPal guest checkout which means you can purchase services with a credit card and without a PayPal account.

View invoices by navigating here. Invoices are located in Porta under Billing > My Invoices.

Access Porta here and click Services > My Services

Next, choose the service you’d like to create a cancellation request for by clicking on it’s current Status. Now click Request Cancellation and follow the on-screen instructions. 

A support request can be created in Porta by navigating here.

Next, choose the appropriate department for your request. Please provide detailed information about your question or issue and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

*So long as your disk usage is 10GB or less.

When you need to manage your domain and website services, Gynie is the place to go. Access Gynie here to instantly manage your website services.

Noticing a pattern here? We only charge you for what you use, and nothing for what you don’t. Your website services boil down to disk space, CPU, and RAM. Create as many websites as you need and only pay for what you use.
