Billing
If you have forgotten your password for Billing, you can reset your password . If you are already logged
into Billing, you can change your password.
Two-factor authentication provides an extra layer of protection to your account by using
time-based token passwords. A randomly generated 6-digit code (provided by an
authenticator app on your mobile device) will be required in addition to your password
when signing in. To enable 2FA, log into Billing and configure Two-Factor Authentication.
We currently support payments via PayPal. We also support PayPal guest
checkout which means you can purchase services using a credit card without a PayPal
account.
Invoices are located under Billing > My
Invoices.
Access Billing and view your services.
Next, choose the service you’d like to cancel and click Request Cancellation. Follow the on-screen instructions.
Create a support request in Billing.
Next, choose the appropriate department for your request. Please provide detailed
information about your question or issue and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
