Two-factor authentication provides an extra layer of protection to your account by using time-based token passwords. A randomly generated 6-digit code (provided by an authenticator app on your mobile device) will be required in addition to your password when signing in. To enable 2FA, log into Billing and navigate here. Next, follow the on-screen instructions.
We currently support payments via PayPal. We also support PayPal guest checkout which means you can purchase services using a credit card without a PayPal account.
Access Billing and view your services here. Next, choose the service you’d like to create a cancellation request for by clicking on the status 'Active' or 'Pending'. Next, click Request Cancellation and follow the on-screen instructions.
